When will my child’s photographs be ready to view?

Once I complete a school or nursery photo shoot, I select and edit the best photographs of each child. Then, I upload these photographs to a private online gallery.

 

Edited photographs are usually ready to view within 14 days  of a shoot.

 

How do I place an order?

On the day of your child’s shoot, they will be sent home with an access card. This contains a personal code to access their private gallery. If you have more than one child in the same setting, you will receive multiple access codes.

 

Please enter your first access code in the box below. If you have more than one code, you will then be prompted to enter any additional codes (up to a maximum of five).

 

If your child’s gallery is not yet ready, you can enter your contact details to receive a notification when the proofs are ready to view.

 

Once you have accessed your child’s gallery, simply select your favourite photos, and choose how you would like to order them. If you have more than one child at the same setting, you will be able to view all of their photos together and take advantage of bulk buying discounts.

 

When do I need to order by?

To take advantage of free batch shipping to your child’s setting, please place your order before the batch-shipping deadline. Any orders placed after this date will be sent directly to you, and incur a postage charge.

 

When will I receive my products?

Delivery timescales depend on the type of product ordered, and the date of placing your order. As a guide, print orders are usually delivered to the setting within 10-14 days of the ordering deadline.
